Brad did a great job with our semi-annual HVAC maintenance. He was on time, very knowledgeable and tidy. I’ve worked with Honeycreek for years and always have a great experience. I highly recommend them.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with HoneyCreek Heating & Cooling, LLC. Our 27 year old Lennox Pulse was nearing its end-of-life, so I started the quoting process to get a replacement system. Ryan was very responsive to the initial inquiry and arrived on time. The visit was on Friday and I said there was no urgent rush for the quote. Later that evening, the furnace actually died and I asked Ryan if he could get the quote in my hands that night. In addition to sending the quote, Ryan not only mentioned that he would be able to adjust the teams schedule and get me on for Monday morning, but would also go to the shop and get some electric heaters for us to stay warm over the weekend (should we choose HoneyCreek, of course). Great service! I did end up choosing HoneyCreek and their technicians arrived at 08:00 on Monday morning as promised. Brad, Trent & Jim were very pleasant & professional and had very good teamwork. They went about their work efficiently and left the premises as clean as they found them; excluding the new Rheem units, there was no indication they had been in our home for 7 hours. The updates from the office, regarding visit times, who is arriving, etc were also accurate and very useful.
