Service to look at furnace tues, new furnace and air conditioner installed the next day, the guys were quick and efficient, I would highly recommend HoneyCreek!

On a sub zero January night I messaged HoneyCreek at 7:30pm to let them know our furnace wasn't working and Kim (owner) replied to me at 7:36 pm with a message that Jim could be there by 9am the next day. Better yet, Jim called me and said he could be there by at 8am - GREAT. Jim diagnosed and fixed our furnace and AprilAire humidifier and explained the problems. I will gladly be a repeat customer in the future - their service is outstanding.

Thanks for fixing my bathroom fan today. Jim educated me on how it works and what was causing the issues I was having. There were multiple problems so it was not just the vent that was causing it. Heat went out on one of the coldest days, I called another company and they could not get out THREE days. They claim they are 24X7 operation. Frustrated I called Honey Creek, within two hours, a tech was here and quickly assessed the situation! I could not thank them enough!

I reached out to HoneyCreek for a whole home humidifier. The company responded quickly with a competitive quote and set up an appointment to have it installed within the week. Once scheduled both Jim and Kyle arrived promptly and installed the system. They were efficient and knowledgeable, and explained the system to me before they left. All in all, it was a very good experience and I look forward to using them for future heating and cooling needs.

Ryan and his crew did outstanding job on our heating and cooling installation at our home. Ryan was very knowledgeable and had great ideas the crew was at the top of their game with the installation and friendly. Everything turned out as planned and the one thing that I look for when a contractor is working for me is how organized they are and how they clean up at the end of the day the work site was spotless, five stars!

Two men showed up promptly in the morning to clean and service my furnace. When they were done, one of them explained to me the diagnostic tests that they ran on my furnace. I recommend this company.

Had an issue with my furnace not working and they came out same day. They tried fixing it at my request but it ended up having too many issues to be able to fix. They installed a new furnace a few days later but in the meantime gave me space heaters. Wonderful customer service. Really go above and beyond. All the employees are great as well as the owner. Will use them again for any other need I have.
